ActiveCard – The all-inclusive card for our guests
For the length of their stay, our guests get the Active Card for free. It allows them to visit museums and use public transportation for free.

Deposit
For your booking to become binding, you need to pay a deposit (30% of the total amount). For short stays of only one night, you need to prepay the total amount.

Check-In & Check-Out
On the day of arrival, your room or apartment is ready for you at 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room by 10 a.m. If you will not be able to arrive before 7 p.m. on your day of arrival, we ask you to inform us.
Breakfast
When staying with us, you decide how you want to start your morning: with our rich breakfast, with a delicious breakfast box, or without any breakfast. The choice is yours and you can decide individually for every single day.
Domestic animals
On request, we are happy to host your dogs. We charge 15€ a day without food. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area. For your dog to feel comfortable please bring his blanket or bed. We reserve the right to charge you for eventual damages.

Recycling
In all apartments as well as at the backside of the house, you can find different waste bins. We kindly ask you to do the environment a favour and separate your waste according to
the material: glass, plastic, aluminium, newspapers/paper, cardboard, biological waste and general waste.
Non-smoking
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in the apartments, suites and all public spaces.
Parking
Our guests can use the covered parking spaces for free.
Cleaning
The final cleaning of the apartments and suites is included in the price. For a fee, we clean your room every second day, the kitchen excluded.
Cancellation insurance
An unexpected event prevents you from going on your already booked holiday? We recommend you getting a cancellation insurance. That way, you are entitled to a refund.
Cancellation policy
If you arrive late or leave early, you are charged for the days you booked. Of course, if there are serious reasons for your cancellation, we are sure we can find a special agreement. You are not entitled to the right of withdrawal within the meaning of the costumer protection codex. We explicitly point to the statutory provision, articles 45-67, of the Italian costumer protection codex GvD 206/2005.
Laundry
Washing machine, cloths horse, iron, and dryer are available and can be used for a fee.
Wellness
The use of the wellness area with sauna, steam bath and hay treatments is included in the price. Furthermore, you get a spa bag with bathrobes and towels. To save electricity, we kindly ask you to let us know when you would like to use the wellness area.
